MY hat goes off to all of you that you have added this to your efforts to make your town an extra place to live. For all those who were involved in that day I continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Nothing about this last year has been easy for any of you. I wish you much success in this and all future efforts!

I too know what it is to be a surviver. I was wounded while serving as a soldier in the US Army during Operation Enduring Freedom. Being a disabled veteran is hard at times. But having to go through life with those visable and mental scars has just made me recognize how precious life really is. Im so very proud of you and all the others who were hurt by the tragedy of 1/8/2011. I now try to live my life to the fullest which is what you all do now obviously with your grin program. I, myself would love to help out and volunteer with you anyway I could.
